Mieludo Method Process

The Mieludo Method is a unique and specialty coffee, due to its sweetness, ideal to drink without adding sweeteners. It is a coffee with a sweet aroma and nuances that gives it a round, sweet and elegant flavor on the palate. Produced in the mountains of the Sierra de Bahoruco, Barahona region, it is made once the fruits are harvested at their optimum point of maturation, an artisanal drying process is carried out, which consists of letting the coffee beans soak in their own mucilago (natural honey), thus obtaining a sweet taste.
