To closed eyes:
The large, leafy mangoes whose juice is squeezed out simulating a bottle teapot are known as Maracatón in the Dominican Republic, or Mango Tetera. This is how this coffee tastes, fused with the flavors of chocolate, sweet orange and the aroma of roasted coconut with peanuts. The combination of flavors is addictive in this coffee.
This coffee is grown in Arroyo Prieto, a place in the community of Mahoma, Rancho Arriba, in San José de Ocoa. It comes from a single farm owned by the Baltensberger family. Due to its geographical location and geology, Rancho Arriba has the essential attributes to produce a coffee with unique characteristics of flavor, body and aroma.
